Billi Now Now is a Website improving the lives of young people by equipping them with the knowledge and resources to make informed decisions about their sexual and reproductive health. Through our programs and services, we empower youth to take charge of their well-being and build a brighter future for themselves.
Through the Website, it is offered to the User visual content, like vectors and illustrations, photos and images, video contents and recordings (including the corresponding audio) in any format, as well as specific information related to such content.
If you contact us directly, we may receive additional information about you such as your name, email address, phone number, the contents of the message and/or attachments you may send us, and any other information you may choose to provide.
When you register for an Account, we may ask for your contact information, including items such as name, company name, address, email address, and telephone number.
3. Authorized Use
The User is only authorized to use the Website and the Services in good faith. The User is responsible for all operations carried out through the User’s account through any device. If the User suspects that another User is using his account, he/she/it should immediately inform the Website .
The Website may suspend or cancel the User’s account if it considers that the User has breached these Terms.
5. Liability
5.1. Users' Liability
The User acknowledges and agrees that he/she/it uses the Website and its Services at the User’s own risk and under the User’s responsibility and, therefore, the Website does not accept any responsibility for misuse or use in breach of these Terms.

8.Changes and Closure of the Website

9.Jurisdiction and applicable law

Any dispute related in any way to your use of this website or to products you purchase from us shall be arbitrated by competents jurisdictions of Ouagadougou and you consent to exclusive jurisdiction and venue.
